This page explains what information FoxTrend handles when you visit and why. Last changed on 20 October 2026.
Nothing to sign up for
FoxTrend has no user accounts, newsletters or logins. We will never ask for your name, email address or card number.
What the web server writes down
For each request our server logs the path asked for, when it happened, your IP address and the user-agent string your browser sends. We read these logs to fix faults and stop abuse; they rotate out after a short while.
Messages you send us
A feedback or contact message is saved along with when it arrived and which page it came from. To stop one connection flooding the form, your IP address is checked for about a minute, and it is never stored with the message.
Visit statistics
We count visits with Histats. Its script learns which page you opened, which page sent you, and general facts about your browser, and it may place cookies of its own. Histats' policy explains how it uses that.
Links to other sites
Streams buttons, our Discord invite and the Live TV and Mirrors menu items all go to sites run by others. Each has its own privacy rules, cookies, adverts and tracking.
Cookies
We set none ourselves. The Histats counter is the only thing on our pages that may store data in your browser.
